Nexflow Marine AV/IT ('Nexflow', 'we', 'us', 'our') respects your privacy. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal data when you use our website or services.

What Data We Collect

When you submit a service request via our contact form, we collect: full name, email address, phone number, company or vessel name (optional), urgency level, service category, and message details. We also automatically receive your IP address for rate limiting and security purposes. We do not use cookies or tracking scripts.

Legal Basis

We process your data on the basis of contractual necessity (to respond to your service request and create a support ticket) and legitimate interest (to maintain security and prevent abuse of our contact form).

Data Sharing

Your data is stored in our Zammad ticketing system hosted within the EU. We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes. We do not use analytics services, advertising networks, or social media tracking.

Data Retention

We retain contact form submissions and associated Zammad tickets for the duration of your service relationship plus 12 months. After that, records are anonymized or deleted. IP addresses used for rate limiting are retained only in memory and are not persistently logged.

Under GDPR, you have the right to: access your personal data, correct inaccurate data, request deletion (subject to legal obligations), restrict processing, data portability, and withdraw consent at any time where processing is based on consent.
