Marine network environments are uniquely demanding — multiple VLANs for crew, guest, and owner traffic, satellite uplinks with variable latency, and security requirements that rival enterprise environments. We design, configure, and troubleshoot all of it.

Navigation displays, ECDIS connectivity, bridge AV integration, and alarm panel interfaces. We work at the intersection of AV systems and bridge electronics, ensuring displays and data feeds function reliably in safety-critical environments.

Many vessels lack proper AV/IT documentation. We create comprehensive as-built records including rack diagrams, network maps, IP address schedules, firmware registers, and maintenance schedules — everything a yacht management company or incoming ETO needs to manage systems effectively.

On-board servers rarely have an IT department behind them. We deploy and maintain Proxmox VE virtualization, network-attached storage, and structured backups so the systems running guest services, signage, and control logic stay up — and recover quickly when hardware fails.

On-board walkthroughs for crew on AV system operation, basic troubleshooting, and a clear "what to do before calling us" guide. Empowering crew to handle simple resets and mode changes reduces downtime and unnecessary callouts.
